I ordered a sapphire ring from your website on the 24th and asked that you help expedite shipping if you could. It wasn’t the most expensive ring on your site and it was my fault for waiting so long to order it. Neither of these facts bothered you as you went out of your way to change your normal order fulfillment processes and had the ring shipped directly to my house from the manufacturer via FedEx overnight so I’d have it on our anniversary. The ring arrived at our doorstep at 2:30 (I was tracking in online all day on my computer at work). When I arrived home early from work at 4:30, I had time to get it ready to present to my wife at dinner .
