By all accounts from neighbors and prospective tenants, he did not want to rent the house to interested tenants. He put unreasonable demands on two prospective tenants, an African American woman and a woman who was so nice I ended up breaking the contract with Terry and paying him for a year of property management for him doing nothing. He lied to me
