| U S Mortgage Company was founded in 1992 in San Diego, California with the intent to make the mortgage lending process as painless as possible for the Borrower. We have achieved the goal by only hiring experienced, knowledgeable Loan Officers. We do not seek newly licensed or inexperienced agents. Our current Loan Officers have a minimum of 7 years in lending, have funded hundreds of loans, resulting in millions and millions of dollars in loans. Because we have chosen to hire only experienced Loan Officers, we have not grown as quickly as some companies. We do this by choice to help you, the Borrower. In addition, we are primarily a Purchase money company. You can rest assured that we are knowledgeable about the latest Home Buyer loan programs.
